These were designed and made for 2 year plus or for disabled children in mind who require a lot of capacity for inserts, so the pocket is big enough for an adult volume of absorbent fabric to go in.

Can be used fine for a child developing towards dry nights, just the size is quite big, XL size - and would suit 2 year old plus sized children.

Pull up to help a child to have the ability to take down and toilet in the night by themselves.
